ecotherapy

Walk & Talk

Stepping out of the office and into nature.  Eco-therapy is based on the idea that we have a deep connection to nature and by engaging with it we boost growth and healing and open ourselves to an array of positive benefits.

Ecotherapy is linked to lower stress levels, reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms and spending time in nature helps us to relax and think more clearly. When you spend time in a natural environment, you’re more likely to use your senses to experience your surroundings. Calming sounds, like birds chirping or the rustling of leaves, can help you detach from traffic, work conflict, and ordinary stressors of everyday life.
