Utilizing therapeutic approaches such as, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy. All of which support you in building the skills and confidence to manage and work through your anxiety.
