Recommended Therapists
As I prepare for my maternity leave this December, I will not be taking on any new clients. To support those who may be looking for therapy before or during my time away, I’ve put together a list of trusted colleagues and therapy options.
Melissa Krawecki
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, M.p.Ed.

Bereavement Counselling, Grief and Loss Education, Group Grief Support and Counselling for the Developmentally Disabled.
Melissa uses a variety of modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Talk Therapy.
Tiffany Nham
Registered Social Worker, MSW, RSW.

My therapeutic style is curated for individuals who seek spiritually integrated, body-centred and inner child processing. By creating a safety container, it is my hope to unravel the parts of you that long to be witnessed, understood, and validated. The part of you that is exhausted. The part of you that feels neglected. The part of you that longs for deep connection. The part of you that doesn’t know where to start but ended up here.
Somatic experiencing (SE), play and art based modalities, Mindfulness, ACT, CBT, Reiki, Safe and Sound Protocol, Internal family system (IFS) and hypnotherapy informs my therapeutic approach.
Allison Williams
Registered Psychotherapist, M.A., RP

Allison takes an integrative approach to treatment and practice in an inclusive, client-centered way that places an emphasis on client’s strengths and life experiences. I tend to work through an attachment-based lens with a relational and integrative approach that combines elements of therapeutic modalities such as humanistic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioural therapy with mindfulness and somatic-based practices.
